Personality Competence of Counselors in Guidance and Counseling Services at Junior High Schools in Magelang

The success of the implementation guidance and counseling services in schools is determined by one personality competencies possessed counselor. Personal competency standards are part counselor standards. Counselor minimum that must be known, achieved performed proficiently counselors. purpose this study was to produce an instrument form a scale. This uses Research Development design up product trial stage on limited basis. data collection used results showed using scale had been tested, it seen 97% were medium category 3% high category.
